CrossFit is a class based form of fitness that combines cardio, gymnastics, and weight training (including Olympic Lifting). We have all sorts of members, ranging from competitors who train for local and national competitions, to people who come in just to get a good workout in. You do not need to be an amazing athlete to start CrossFit, but we can guarantee you'll get a great workout in, regardless of your fitness level. At our gym, you will be working out in classes that ranges from 4-15 people on average, ensuring that each member gets a good amount of attention. Our workouts are different every day and you will rarely repeat a workout here!
