Schedule.

Our classes are about an hour each. They consist of a warm-up,  strength or core work (depending on the day), a "WOD" (workout of the day), and stretching/cool down. All workouts can be modified and scaled to any level of fitness, so no need to be nervous!

**Drop-ins are welcome. $20 per drop-in, and must have
at least 3 months of CrossFit experience.**
