About Our Memberships.
CrossFit is a class based form of fitness that combines cardio, gymnastics, and weight training (including Olympic Lifting). We have all sorts of members, ranging from competitors who train for local and national competitions, to people who come in just to get a good workout in. You do not need to be an amazing athlete to start CrossFit, but we can guarantee you'll get a great workout in, regardless of your fitness level. At our gym, you will be working out in classes that ranges from 4-15 people on average, making sure that each member gets a good amount of attention. Our workouts are different every day and you will rarely repeat a workout here!

Our Personal Training Membership (or NET Membership as we call it), is great if you are just starting out, or if you prefer a more personalized approach to fitness. We do many of the same things as our CrossFit classes do, but we take a lot of the "technique" stuff out of the workouts, so you can focus on working hard instead of learning a new, technique-based olympic lift or gymnastics movement. It is also a great option if you have a crazy personal schedule. When you have this type of membership, you don't need to make it to a class time - you can come in to the gym anytime between 7am and 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and we will train you!
